Institutional, regulated custody

Assets are held with BitGo Trust Company — a federally chartered, OCC-regulated National Trust Bank with a New York Trust Charter. Client funds are held in bankruptcy-remote accounts, with $250M in cold-storage insurance.*

Licensed securities infrastructure

RWA offerings are facilitated through MARV Capital Inc., a registered broker-dealer regulated by FINRA and the SEC. Offerings are made under defined exemptions — so you always know the rules that govern what you’re buying.
